We appreciated A Family Affair so much. We made the mistake of reserving a Uhaul truck that was too small for our long haul move. We were completely losing our minds. They were so calm and patient with us, though they could also tell everything was not going to fit. We had to make decisions about what was going to go into the truck and what was going to get left behind. Then, the weather turned and started torrential downpouring. So now we were almost in tears, but they stayed so calm, waiting to bring things to the truck and cheerfully wrapping our furniture inside the house. Their cheerfulness and calm while our world was crashing in really did help! Everything was wrapped really well too. Once the rain stopped, they took their time to meticulously pack every single inch of the truck so we could take as many of our things as possible. There really wasn't any empty space in there. They're truly good guys and we can only hope that we get movers who are so kind at our destination.

Once again, Glen and Brittany were absolutely fantastic! Excellent job, so nice on top of it. Our planned 2 hours went to 3 but Glen and Roy stayed calm and kept going, even after a multiple move day for them. I am very impressed and will definitely recommend them to anyone for moving help.

The level of service was exceptional. They were on time and communicated clearly during the whole process. When my poor planning (I should have requested 3 people) turned into many more hours of their time, Glenn and Kevin muscled through like champs. They loaded my uhaul securely and quickly. They took great care to properly wrap what needed wrapping with blankets and stretch wrap. I can't praise them enough. Highly recommended for your moving needs.
