Trojan Movers picked up our UBox at UHaul- delivered it, and was quick and efficient in helping move my belongings into my apartment. I contacted Trojan Movers the day prior to my move-in date and they were super accommodating despite the short notice. They were patient while having to wait 45 minutes to speak to someone at the desk and arrange the pick up of the box at the U-Haul on Research Blvd in Austin. They dealt with the short-handed staff not being able to find our reservation. U-Haul was supposed to deliver our U-Box but I was told last minute that they couldn't help and the UHaul Rep scheduled us with another company on MovingHelp. Well, that company did not respond to texts, calls, or emails (do NOT use Dream Movers). In trying to coordinate the pick up of my box I spend a total of over 2.5 hours on hold over 4 phone calls with that U-Haul location. I was thankful for Trojan Movers - they saved the day.

I had issues getting my uhaul the morning of my move but Trojan movers were highly accommodating and worked with me to reschedule and get my truck loaded still. They were super nice and professional and would definitely recommend them for all my family and friends.
