I have moved 5 times in the last 5 years, this was easily the worst experience. The crew moved incredibly smooth. The crew who loaded our car got the entire move done by themselves in under 2.5 hours. This crew got about halfway done, and unloading is significantly easier. As I saw how slow they were going so I did my best to help them get things into the apartment, they did not take any hint. Then when I was told that the time was coming to an end, I was informed that they only take cash or venmo for the additional hours and that the time would be billed almost double the rate I had paid. Fairly disappointed. Like I said we move all of the time, and this really stood out as a clear attempt to get the extra time and hours. We reached out in an attempt to reconcile and were ignored. Disappointed to say the least.

The guys that came to load and unload my truck during my move were the best! They asked for a walkthrough before the move so they knew exactly what I had to move and asked clarifying questions during the loading process. When it came to unloading, it was a pretty tight area, but they were able to help direct the truck to the best spot to unload. They were done early and did a great job at helping me move. It made the process of moving easier knowing they had my back. If I had to move again soon, I would definitely choose Moving Magic
