Worst service of movers Iv ever encountered, I have to search for other movers because these guys came empty handed. One guy looked like he weighed 125lbs, smelled of Beer as he sweat, did not speak English and the other guy was Deaf so communication was difficult. They asked me for water multiple times and because I didn’t have, the one guy left to go get them water as I was attempting to communicate to relay a message to the guys. I do not recommend this company

The management at Smart Prime Movers were very good at communicating prior to the move. The owner Juan did a good job of making sure things were setup beforehand. However, we were assigned a different coordinator on the morning of the move who seemed to not be aware of all of the communication that had been done, including the moving start time. We had scheduled for 9AM start, and the movers showed up 50 minutes late. Additionally, they were rushed and were placing our furniture in the U-Haul inefficiently, leading to several rearrangements being required. They also knicked several of our items on the way down from the apartment, leading to our TV console being minorly damaged and our sofa being torn on the backside. Despite all of this, the most challenging part was that we could not easily communicate to any of the movers on the day-of, either due to language barriers or disabilities. Once we got over these challenges, the move went okay, but it definitely was not ideal.

Immediate communication once job was booked online. Established a time to start job within a few minutes of booking job. Movers arrived on time and completed what we needed within the two hours allotted. We would use them again.
