They did not contact me until I reached out to them about scheduling my ubox delivery that was just 2 days before the move out date. But they were professional when they arrived. They did a good job packing our u boxes even though we had a a lot of inventory. After we unloaded we found that our tv stand was broken and and the dresser had heavy damage.
