We hired MoveWise through the app on the Uhaul website. Turns out that hiring through Uhaul involves a third party and this company, MoveWise will do NOTHING to help if something goes wrong. And, things did go wrong. The movers were inexperienced, grumpy boys. It was similar to working with 15 year old teenagers. They didn’t know how to use a dolly nor did they try to learn. And, They were unbelievably slow - 4 hours to load a 26 ft truck. They damaged several items and we have no recourse. I’ve talked to the owner of MoveWise several times and he said to me, ‘There’s nothing I can do.’ He wouldn’t send competent help, he would not compensate us for damaged items and he basically did not care. Buyer beware. We are very dissatisfied with our experience with MoveWise
