When I first interacted with them over the phone, I was taken aback by the communication and the way he handled scheduling. However, Jordan and his staff were very efficient, handled all items well, were kind and pleasant to interact with in person. They were 1.5 hours late, it was a rainy day and they told me that Uhaul did not have the box ready for pick up. Punctuality can be improved, but I believe if your unloading time is flexible it should be worth it.
