In a confused uncaring world, it is wonderful to know that there are still good hearted people in the service industry. This company came in and made a chaotic day bearable. The owner was on the job to assure professionalism from the movers. The movers were hard working, precise and knowledgeable. The work was done expertly moved and packed. The Featherhaul movers will always be the movers for me and I highly recommend them.

I spoke with one person to set my date and time. When they arrived another individual was doing the work. They took an additional two hours longer than I was quoted. Four individuals took more than four hours to unload a truck that two people packed in less than one and a half hours. Even with the wait for the elevator it seemed long. Boxes were not put in the apartment appropriately. Many were on their sides or upside down. 3 lay flat wardrobe boxes were left standing on end. They were putting my tv down upside down even though it was clearly marked as to which side was up. I will say we were able to reach a fair outcome for the additional time. I mentioned a few things wrong but they did accomplish the job without major damage. This would be a two star review but because they made good attempts to workout the extra time it shows good character and customer appreciation.
