I spoke to Julian before we booked I advised him I had 4 uboxes to unload and I lived on the 3rd floor. He said ok no worries we will send 2. He showed up and had 1 person with him but he left. He said he worked 8 hrs and I have to pay him for the extra hours. I feel that I shouldn’t have to pay for him not being prepared with the correct number of workers. He made me cash app him extra money. Turns out he is not to ask for additional money. We have a dispute open for this violation.
