They helped me move out of my apartment fairly quickly. However, they failed to ignore the instructions on boxes such as items marked fragile. I had purchased furniture pads and they did not use those as well. Now my entertainment stand is messed up and scratched on one side. Additionally, they tried to carry more than what they should have and ended up dropping my gaming system to where there is a missing piece to it. I would say I was out in a timely manner, but at what cost?

They put a hole in my wall. I will have to submit a claim. The way they put my items into the storage unit was horrible. I had to go back and spent 3 hours to rearrange. it took that long because I had to be extremely careful as to not have boxes fall on me.
