Terrible move experience, movers were two hours late to the job because the contact person wasn’t answering phone or text messages. Other mover had to find replacement who obviously didn’t know what he was doing. Crew showed up with no equipment to perform move. Informed crew they needed a utility dolly for washing machine and dryer and they didn’t have one. Broke multiple items including dresser and shelving unit. Job took twice as long as it should have and they didn’t get all my items in the truck. I have to extend my U-Haul rental another day to get the rest of my stuff. Unload was slightly better as they asked where to put items. Contact person should not be the contact person if they aren’t going to answer their phone. I will be demanding a refund due to poor quality of service and damage to items. Don’t trust these guys with your move, you’d be better off getting random people to load your truck.

Jared and team were so quick and got the job done within the allotted 2 hours. They were slightly late in arrival but they let me know ahead of time and were super professional!! Hire them ASAP!!
