The guys had a delay so they arrived half hour late. But the job was done efficiently and promptly within the time frame I had allotted. Will consider them for future hauling.

I thought that this company will never cancel on you, but they did, they cancel on me last minutes, literally when I was waiting for the guy to show up, he cancel on me. And on top of that the guy that promised to help me never showed. Me and my friend loaded the truck by our selves. I like to support local, but it’s not fair that they promise you something and they did something completely different. If you are offering the service you should be able to provided, it’s not fair that I paid for a service and I got into myself where I needed to load the truck by myself. On top of that there was no professionalism, he just texted me, never called, and the guy on the texts was calling me like ‘hey, man’ I’m so disappointed that they never showed up. I hope that they get better.

i couldn't recommend Sebastian and his team at Moving Help enough. after an 860 mile trip from California, the guys unloaded our truck in 5 hours, and helped with placement of boxes in the house, moving things around inside the house as requested, fixing the beds and office equipment, all-round helping out with a great attitude and energy. we gave extra and tipped well too, our choice, but their effort whilst we were on our last legs was worth it, and we're grateful for it.
