Upon arrival the guy who was in charge came at me with attitude. He said we have to unload the truck and trailer? I said yes. He said THAT is NOT a 2 hour job! I said okay just do what you can. He said no you dont understand we have other people scheduled after you. I said that is fine do what you can in 2 hours. His helper though was amazing he was in and out two or three times before the other guy could make a trip. My kids ended up helping because they felt bad. Guess what the truck and trailer were both empty in 1.5 hours. Moving is stressful enough without people you hire to help out treating you like garbage. I didn’t get either of their names because he didn’t introduce himself just jumped right in to tell me it was more than a two hour job.
