7am-6pm daily, unavailable Monday. We bring dollies, floor dollies, and basic tools for assembly or disassembly. Moving pads are recommended for any wood, glass, or fragile items. Family operated with a focus on reliable and courteous interactions. Approximately 10 years of experience in the moving field and 3 years as U-hual Movinghelp provider.
The truck was fine, although the check engine light was on for over half of the trip. Picking the truck up after hours in Tampa on Hillsborough Avenue took 2 hours. 35 minutes on hold before being able to speak with someone--who was very patient and professional. We requested the moving materials be put in the truck and that was said to be done a day prior to pickup--this did not happen which required a 20 mile return trip to get the boxes, packing paper, tape, and blankets. The Manager there was not apologetic or professional--but the lady on staff treated us very professionally and apologized. The site lighting was totally turned off during our wait which made the pickup much more difficult. The key pickup box #4 is mounted too high to read the lock--especially in the dark. It was the pickup from HELL. The truck turn in was excellent. We will NEVER use U-Haul after-hours pickup EVER again. The ROSE Unloading crew was OUTSTANDING--on time and efficient.

I wish there were 10 stars available. Jesse and Chase were the best. I have moved many times over the years and by far these guys were the best ever! Thank you so much for making sure such care was taken when moving our things and they were pretty heavy too. Very respectful and mindful.
