There was a fight that broke out between the two movers with raised voices and fighting over a hammer. Some items were a bit scuffed up or damaged. The business owner was contacted and she was quick to respond and even drove over 2 hours to see what was going on in person and to try to resolve the issue. It was difficult to effectively communicate since my Spanish is very limited, but I feel like for the most part I managed to. I really appreciate that the guys did help a lot with moving all my things from a second floor apartment to a house where there is a flight of stairs. They were also curious and friendly towards me.

They were able to get everything in our 3 bedroom house loaded into a 26 foot truck but took 5.5 hours to do it. I have used moving help through U-Haul several times in the past and they were by far the slowest company I have used. We booked a 3 hour move but were nowhere near finished at the 3 hour mark. They charged us for 6 hours at $140 an hour totalling $840. The quality of the work came at a high price. I don't think I would use them again due to the cost.
