Byron is a awesome guy and has so much strength. He helped me load from my apartment to 15feet uhaul. My apartment was on 2nd floor and there was no elevator. Still they managed to finish moving my items in just 1 hour. If all your items are nicely packed, they will take care of everything. In my case, i dint pack some things like storage closets, etc. They were still able to load these items, but, they may get slightly damaged when loading and driving the truck. I had very few cosmetic damages to my items that I dint pack, but it wasn't anything major. Note that they dont bring any dollies or packing items (which is common with many moving companies), so make sure to buy everything yourself or rent from uhaul.
