Robert was easy to communicate with and made the entire process easier. He was calm and helpful with issues that arose at the Uhaul location (which were not his fault at all). He was attentive and pointed out some damage caused by the UBoxes (that we discovered were damaged), He treated are belongings carefully and was really detailed oriented!
