Gotham Partners cancelled on me the day of my move. I was due to head on active duty military orders the next day, so could not be present for the move the following day. They used no padding as they said they would, they packed the u-box very poorly. For example, my marble table (which i wrapped heavily) was sawed at the edges, couch indented in with permanent black marks, night stands crushed, multiple items ripped and cut, most of my wrapping was somehow torn off. They claimed they couldn't fit all my items in the U-Box I ordered, but when I opened the U-Box upon arrival at my new location, there was plenty of room. They said they would ship my remaining items and reimburse me for the damage, yet are not sending my items and it's been over a month. They have since ghosted me, won't respond to my reasonable request for reimbursement (which they originally requested) and now I'm still in the process of getting my goods shipped. Very unfortunate experience with Gotham Partners.

Needed a little more care in covering furniture. Had to help facilitate some of how to pack to fit. A few items had to be left behind as not accounted for soon enough into packing- office chair and four sentimental tool boards from my late father. Cost too much extra to ship. Some of the lighter options if packed differently may have made the difference.

Fantastic service. These guys were professional, efficient, and also just really kind and respectful. The made the moving process so quick and easy, and took special care of our furniture and floors. I would absolutely hire them again for future moves and recommend them to anyone looking for movers!!!

Gotham Movers were great. Very efficient and they were able to come a day earlier than originally planned. They were on time and were good about communicating. I would use them again!
