Nobody called beforehand and finding their phone number online was nonexistent. I finally got the number from U-Haul and got a hold of someone. Their quoted timeframe was accurate. The guys who showed up were fine and even went above and beyond by dealing with a lot of tiny pieces that fell out in the trailer without being asked.
