Hands down the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. They sent an untrained teenager, 16 years old and another inexperienced mover who showed up 45 minutes late, damaged my furniture, electronics, and expensive personal items, and still charged full price. They couldn’t even lift my fish tank. The owner tricked me into releasing payment, then blocked my number and refused to fix anything. Completely unprofessional and dishonest avoid this company at all costs.

Was told that the two hour minimum went to drive time and was asked to add an additional two hours before service. I called the day of service to confirm and was told that they would be 1.5 hours after my scheduled time. Movers were very slow. I was then asked to add an additional four hours which I did not because you provided unprofessional and very slow service.
