Angelo and his guys were professional, friendly, careful, and efficient for the entire time I worked with them, which was longer than expected due to a miscommunication with the U-haul center that meant they had to come back a second day. They went the extra mile for me, and I couldn’t find a single complaint with any facet of their service.

I had a very bad experience with this moving company. I had to file a complaint because multiple of my items were damaged in the process of moving. Yes the guys were fast but they were rushing so much, that a few of my items were also left in the U box which was sent back to the U-Haul warehouse, where they ended up throwing my stuff away. I have been trying to contact the movers in regards to this and had no luck. I called Angel and told him what happened and he said it’s basically the U-Haul workers fault for throwing my stuff away without calling me first but in reality if my stuff were not left In the ubox by his workers, then there would’ve been nothing to throw away to begin with. As for my damages, he still hasn’t addressed. After that Angel just stopped answering my texts altogether. I filed a claim with U-haul and Repwest, so hopefully, I can get some type of reimbursement but I doubt it due to me not purchasing the insurance. I will be escalating this if nothing is done.

Incredible beyond belief!! From the initial call with Mr. Angel and him going through all the details with me, to him being communicative throughout my whole move in day, and then to the two guys he brought with him that fit everything I wanted into my Ubox! Even if I said if it doesn’t fit, that’s okay they made it fit! Truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you 3 so so much for an easy and smooth move!!

They are willing to accommodate the changes of my schedule and very communicative during the whole move. The U-haul center has some problems due to the changes of the schedule but the moving helper handle all communications and hassles at the center. I'm glad I ask them for my cross-state moving.

The guy who’s said was the owner was complaing that he was not inform of some items ??? When you go on the app it only ask you if you have stairs . It doesn’t ask you how many items or how heavy it is or do you have big thing s??? I won’t gire them again
