Needed a sofa and a recliner unloaded. I made the reservation late at night and was contacted immediately by customer care to confirm and establish some other details. Communication throughout the process was clear and timely. There was a tiny hiccup on my end. I reached out and customer care responded quickly. Dee Ray and Johan were the movers sent to me. They were very professional young gentlemen. They were on time. They handled my items with care. They maneuvered the BULKY items up stairs with tight corners without a scratch, a ding, a drop etc.. Very pleased with my entire experience.

They got the job done, but I didn’t realize until afterwards that they didn’t secure my load at all. (I even had ratchet straps and bungee cords.) My 55-inch TV got thrown around and is unusable.
