Joe, Isaiah, & Vernon were an amazing professional team. We used them before and are glad we used them again. MJ was agreat communicator ,& she insured we were kept informed at every step. Out ok 5 stars we would hate given 10 if we could!

Unfortunately even though this was a load of maybe 5 items of furniture, I provided covers for these items and none of them were used causing some significant damage to the chest of drawers and dresser. It was not placed into the trailer in an orderly way where the rest of my items could be packed. After they left we ended up rearranging these items so the rest of my belongings could be packed into the trailer. They were very nice but just not what I paid for.

This company is all about family. I appreciate that so much. I could see the attention to detail and care that was taken during the move. There are two critiques that I will share to help them improve. First, please use moving blankets (which were provided) to protect items from being on the ground especially when they are set on thier side or bottom without legs. Second, which will come with more moves is speed. There were several times it would have been faster to just use brute strength and pick up the item and move it without a dolly. Also have both movers move more than one thing a trip when its smaller stuff, again more practice will help. Overall they are incredibly professional and communicative. They were easy going and considerate of our neighbors.
