Move and Care Company

I hired 4 guys for 4 hours however the first guy showed up almost in time. The 2nd guy came about 30 minutes later, the 3rd guy came (who spoke the most English) came a little over an hour late. And the 4 guy was a no show. They did let me know about the individual guys being late but didn’t mention the 4th guy no showing until I mentioned it. They came up with the compromise of working a bit extra to make up for the no show which I agreed to since I really didn’t have any choice. The 3 guys worked really hard and took reasonable breaks. I felt bad for them since the job was to take large, heavy furniture upstairs but they did do a good job overall. Good work ethic. Not so good on the communication, or arrival time. I honestly don’t know if I would use them again.

Move and Care exceeded expectations. But for 2 guys for 4 hours, we were able to move the majority of our belongings out of a large house. The guys were friendly and listened to directions well and didn't damage any furniture or walls or doors. I would highly recommend to anyone in the future for a move.

Communication was great as soon as I placed the order they text me and they were there on time. The two men that were there was a young guy and a guy that was older and they both were polite. The problem is the older gentleman when he was pushing the dolly to push the stuff out the door he would get a running start and go at the door threshold there's a big bump and just hit it real hard to go over the bump and all my stuff was bouncing so I thought that wasn't a good idea the other guy would turn around and then pull the dolly towards him to go over the bump and gently go over it. Well when I got to my destination with the U-Haul, I opened the door and both of my big screen TVs the bezel was broke and then on one of the big screen TVs both of the stands were broken. When I was driving the U-Haul I drove it so carefully like there was nitroglycerin in the back I didn't hit any bumps and I turned very slowly. I've moved over the last 3 years and never had a problem like this.
