This U-box loading experience was one that left me with some lessons learned. First and foremost, the gentlemen with The Haulers were courteous and professional. My mixed review stems from one simple fact that I overlooked while booking their services via Uhaul's website.. this is a hauling company, not a moving company. Outside of the blankets in the U-boxes, The Haulers did not provide any moving materials (blankets, plastic wrap, rope, etc.). The use of space within the boxes seemed inefficient, with some items being wedged into whatever spaces they could find as the boxes filled up. In hindsight, it would have been nice for my couch, dresser, and other large items to have been wrapped as there were a handful of items that got dirty or banged up. Nothing was destroyed, but some extra care would have been nice. All in all, The Haulers may be best suited for simply hauling your boxes; not packing them up. The guys were cool, but the overall experience was a 3.5 of 5 at best.

They were great! The differentiator in these companies is professionalism (a commitment to do the work), and the skill to pack a U-Box well to maximize the space you have available to use. They did both! I really appreciate their support, and I'd hire them again!
