Helping Hands

Arrival time was set at 10AM that evening before. At quarter after 9 they told me they were going to be an hour late. They were actually an hour and a half away. They did not work the following three hours that they were hired for, but they were very persistent and demanding the code even though they didn't do all of the work. One of the workers asked for our weights that they were moving, which seemed very weird. I never heard from them again once I reported they did not work all the hours -- I would not recommend.

Did not want to write any negative reviews but movers were on the influence, careless with my items and scammed me out of money and when the owner was made aware he seemed like he was genuinely concerned about what had happened until he pushed it out and made excuses for his staff for weeks making it to be my fault for listening to them. To me it was a simple fix, when you have proof that your staff scammed money to refund it back and call it a day but it’s been 3 weeks and I’m made to feel like I’m to blame for listening to the professionals and believing them when they say I still owe money. My first experience using a moving company and I wish I could have avoided people who would do that to me. Would not recommend.
