With 15min remaining on a 2hr job, they advised they could not finish or extend time. The workers did only half the job. The two workers were very slow. I've never experienced movers that were so unmotivated to work. Their efforts were very inefficient. They took no steps to fully load the elevator and optimize movements. Given communications, I suspect they booked themselves back to back to back since 8am. They may have been exhausted. They were polite, however. I was unable to find any other movers at 530pm on a Sunday, and so completed the work myself with a friend. (This was after an exhausting 7-day move complete with vehicle failures and a stranding in rural Alabama.) They advised that there was 'no way' that two workers could complete unloading a 20-ft truck in two hours. If true, JRP should have 1) advised upon taking the job they needed more workers or more time or 2) not accepted the work. I did have two workers load the same truck in 3hrs, which is a harder job.

This company is excellent! The guys are friendly and polite. Extremely helpful. First time ever that I have used movers and not one thing was damage or even scratched. I have new furniture so that was a huge relief. I will recommend JRP to everyone.
