They were fantastic. Communicated honestly better than Uhaul themselves and made sure to get everything done with care and efficiency. I would definitely recommend booking with them and utilize them again.

Well, my move did not go as smoothly as I had hoped. New Castle Movers. They were unresponsive prior to the move. They were 2 hours late. They left after they loaded the truck at 3pm and didn't show back up until 8pm that night. They broke 5 pieces of my furniture. They charged me an extra $200 OT and nickel and dimed me for every little thing...extra $50 for disassembling the bed and the washer. They are now unresponsive again and I have no way to make a claim for the damage. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS! I have filed a complaint with Moving Help, BBB and I have posted a negative review on their FB page, which I'm sure they will remove.

Once they showed up, they did a good job moving the heavy items and packing the truck. Nothing was broken or dislodged when I arrived in Houston. However, this company is horrible at communicating. I reserved moving help to arrive at 930 AM. The company never reached out to me to confirm my reservation, to discuss the requested time or to verify any details of the move. On the morning of the move I called the phone number provided and left a voice mail. I also sent an email asking if they were coming. Around 1030 I finally received a call back saying they were an hour away. At 1130 they still hadn't shown up. I tried to call them again twice and they would not answer the phone. By the time they finally arrived at 1200 PM, I had already moved all of the boxes and items that I could lift by myself. They also tried to charge me $25 to loan me a wrench and another $15 for a strap to hold the cargo due to the way they packed the truck. I do not recommend using this company.
