The communication was great with the company. We hired 2 men to load a Uhaul. The gentleman loading was very professional however his partner was awful. He appeared to be drinking and took 2 beers out of my cooler when I offered him water. My husband told him no beer until job is done. He moved very slow causing us additional hour and kept trying to chat, took personal calls, and his partner keep yelling for his help. He seemed very irritated with him. After paying for an additional hour I did not tell the lady at the company because I was worried she would say something to her crew to cause them to work even slower. We are very disappointed with the one gentleman on the crew. We did tip both men out of courtesy but really one man deserved the tip.
