Helpful team, needed a bit more promptness. Communication on the front side was good but a bit more proactiveness would have been icing on the cake. 'X' showed up on time and was OUTSTANDING. His helper showed up an hour late on a 2 hour move. X and I loaded up some of the big stuff. Once the second man showed up things went fast but being on a timeline my nerves were racked. Overall they did a good job. Again, if X is your mover you are in GREAT hands.

They came early and worked hard to get the job done. They knew how to pack the truck quickly and packed it well optimizing all the space. I will be moving more and will use them again.

It was lot of work and I feel for the team that came to help with loading unloading. They were hardworking, moved my stuff to the rooms I asked for. However, taking someone politeness as evidence of fool is bad. The crew intentionally filled 26 foot of truck back to front without creating stacks and said they did this because I failed to show all boxes. They said I have to do two trips now. This added 40 miles extra on the truck and 40 minutes time loss. All they were doing , was trying to get extra hour. In short, if you book this company don't add buffer time in your planning, because movers will find ways to do these extra hours.
