I PAID FOR 3 HOURS BUT THEY WERE FINISHED IN 2 AS I WAS ONLY MOVING ACROSS THE HALL INTO ANOTHER APT. I HAVE CONTACTED THEM 3 TIMES AND LEFT MESSAGES REGARDING A REFUND. AS OF TODAY, MARCH 4TH, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALLBACK. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE U HAUL MOVING HELP CANNOT DO ANYTHING ONCE THEY ARE PAID. OTHER THAN THIS ISSUE, THE YOUNG MEN WERE POLITE AND CAREFUL WITH MY THINGS.
