I had a 6hr reservation, but the company’s scheduler booked another job in the middle of mine, so the options were either wait 3hrs for the movers to arrive at the destination (30min from the origin) or unload the truck ourselves. We had somewhere to be that evening, so we had to start unloading & were almost done when the movers arrived. They helped us for a cumulative total of approx 3.5hrs (including the 30min drive time to the destination), yet I was still charged for 6hrs of help & was told by the company that they couldn’t adjust the invoice to 4hrs as requested to reflect the actual service provided. Additionally, despite providing a dozen moving blankets, my leather couches were left unprotected & items were shoved in-between them, visibly scratching the cushions. Most of the moving blankets were left in the bag from uhaul, which was tossed into the back of the truck after everything was loaded. I opened a case regarding the issue over a week ago & haven’t heard back yet.

We were running late and BAC moved their schedule around to help us find a time where they could come help. They showed up on time and unloaded the truck in less than 30 minutes and placed everything in the correct spot. We didnt have to lift a finger. Great workers, great company, and a great owner. If you need help moving in Austin or Houston area these are the guys to do it! I Would recommend them and will be using them again.
