Let me start by saying I confirmed days in advance that I was moving from a 3rd floor apartment to a 3rd floor. My appointment was at 11am they came a hour and 15 min late. My new apartment was 5 mins up the ride and it took them about 15 min for them to get there. I booked 5 hours & they didn’t finish & left early though they came late. I’ve moved plenty times and never had this problem. They took the sweet time and I felt like it was on purpose. I know it’s hard moving from the 3rd floor & I was fully prepared to tip them but after what happened it was hell to the no I’m not tipping.
