Was excellent service, the manger was very responsive through the entire process. And the helper was awesome as well, brought his equipment and we were able to load everything needed to today.

The one gentleman that was supposedly in charge was fine. His helper was rude and argumentative. I ask that they wrap a dresser and they got mad. Stated that they are professionals and know what they are doing, and then the helper threatened to leave. It was 4pm and we were moving the next morning at 8am to another state. He was mouthy and mean. I am a 50 year old woman and he talked to me like I was a 2 year old. I made a suggestion and he started talking to me with a raised voice and telling me that they would do what they needed and if I did not want that then they would leave. Then in the end they ended up doing how suggested, no I am sorry, thank you, you were correct or that is a good idea. I would not have used them except for the fact it was last moment. I would have told them to leave. I ask them to use blankets and they did not and ended up scratching up her bed becuase they did not put the drawers in right, it is a captians bed. Never again!
