I asked for service less than 24 hours & they were able to come to my rescue. He called before to discuss, he was very communicative on what time they would be arriving. I got 4 calls before the move started just to update me. While on the job they took good care of my stuff and wrapped it in blankets, even offered to shrink wrap. They did take a bit to get momentum, taking small things out one at a time (I.e. tv tables), but later they were BEASTS in handling our large solid wood items. when they started he texted me the start time which was appreciated because I forgot to look myself in all hustle. I will say they tried to charge for extra half hour when it was 12 mins over, Thanks to his start text he sent , I knew that. But they were easy going about the extra time being compensated in tip. BEST thing about them was their VIBE. They were constantly smiling & laughing together. In a stressful time, it was great to have them around, radiating positivity & happiness. HIRE THEM!
