Easy moving & logistics

My experience with this moving service was extremely disappointing. From contact to the crew it was all unprofessional, they were dismissive of my concerns, and the quality of the loading was poor. Several of my items were damaged due to the way they packed and organized the trailer, and despite raising these issues, I was met with excuses rather than accountability. Communication was inconsistent and at times dismissive, and the team failed to follow basic expectations for care and professionalism. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service and would not use them again.

Camillo and Eduardo were wonderful! Arrived on time at the pick up location packed amazingly efficient with space! The unload was quick and orderly! Communication was excellent - we will absolutely use again and tell our family and friends to use Easy Moving & Logistics - and they’re in Boerne!

These guys are absolutely phenomenal, we had a bad experience with previously scheduled movers the day before and we had to reserve them last second to pick up the pieces of a horrible experience. They did everything we asked and more, I couldn't be happier. If I need movers again these guys are it!

I began communicating with Camilo at the end of July to schedule my move. I was moving back to school and it was a 2.5 hour drive. I was initially scheduled to move the first of August but due to unforeseen circumstances the day of the move I had to cancel. Camilo was very understanding. When I finally got to the new apartment it was too small so I had to wait until a larger unit came available before I could move my things. That took 6 weeks. Camilo was flexible and was able to reschedule until I was available to move. They moved my things from a storage to the apartment. I had a large Amish hutch that I had always had problems moving because of its weight and size but Camilo and his partner were able to use furniture straps and safely move it into my new apartment without any problems. They moved my bedroom set & some boxes from the smaller apartment and helped to organize the furniture into my new home. They were a joy to work with and I would recommend them for moving services.

Beginning this move process took months of planning. I was initially scheduled to move at the first of August. I had to reschedule a couple of times and Camilo and Easy Moving & Logistics were very patient, cooperative and flexible. When I finally was able to move 6 weeks later they drove over an hour from GA to TN for my move. I moved things from a storage to an apartment and leftover items to a smaller storage unit. They were thorough and I would give them 5 stars however; when they moved my neatly packed storage into the smaller storage they didn’t organize it and it is now not functional at all. I will have to pay someone else to come and move the boxes around so I can get to items. I explained to Camilo my dissatisfaction after the move but due to them relocating to TX they were unable to come back and organize the storage. They were pleasant to work with I just hate that I will have to pay someone else to organize the storage so I can actually make it functional again.

Camillo and Miguel were outstanding in every way. Punctual, professional and cordial. They loaded all exactly as requested with what needed to be in the front versus the back. They made sure we had room for access to suitcases by the rear door. We highly recommend them.
