Booking the service was straightforward. Their customer service team was friendly and knowledgeable, walking me through the process and answering all my questions. They scheduled the delivery at a time that was convenient for me, which was a great relief during the chaos of moving. On the day of the delivery, the driver arrived right on time. He was courteous and professional, ensuring that the U-Box was placed exactly where I needed it. The box itself was in excellent condition, clean and ready for packing.
