MOVE WITH US LLC A Nightmare Moving Experience I recently hired MOVE WITH US LLC for what should have been a straightforward relocation. Unfortunately, it turned into a disaster. Here’s a breakdown of the issues Inadequate Staffing-Despite prior knowledge of our heavy items, they sent three high school students who were ill-equipped to handle the move. Exorbitant Charges-Charging $200 per table was unacceptable given 3 neighbors had to help. Unprofessional Behavior-The movers were distracted texting and waiting for directions, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. Incompetence in Loading-Our belongings were haphazardly loaded, leading to damage and inefficient use of space. Damaged Property-Our wood floor was scratched, and promises of repair went unfulfilled. Battered Furniture-Our furniture arrived in worse condition than before. In summary, MOVE WITH US LLC’s performance was abysmal. Avoid their services to save yourself the headache and frustration.

I recently used Move With Us for my U-Box delivery, and I am beyond pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, their service was professional, efficient, and truly stress-free. Booking the service was straightforward. Their customer service team was friendly and knowledgeable, walking me through the process and answering all my questions. They scheduled the delivery at a time that was convenient for me, which was a great relief during the chaos of moving. On the day of the delivery, the driver arrived right on time. He was courteous and professional, ensuring that the U-Box was placed exactly where I needed it. The box itself was in excellent condition, clean and ready for packing.
