Jamal and his crew worked quick and efficiently. I was initially shorted on furniture blankets but which he let me know about and told me to contact U-Haul. We were able to have them find the local dealer and I was able to go get the rest from my order so they could finish the job. He was very communicative and he and his crew are hard working.

Despite a blown tire only 1.5 miles from the house, they Uber'd over and got the job done. One of the guys seemed to have a good idea what he was doing, but the other seemed like it was his first day. Fragile boxes were dropped multiple times because he would drag the handtruck off the curb behind him. Plenty of blankets were provided, but I found most of them crumpled up at the front of the truck. Wood on wood was left touching and rubbed spots of finish off many pieces of our furniture. All the book boxes were loaded into the mother's attic which has a weight limit of 500 lbs. The supervisor called to ask how things were going, I was too nervous to say not great cause I needed my stuff loaded. The supervisor showed up, gave a little training to the newer guy and took off. The job got done, my stuff survived, but I would definitely choose a different company in the future.
