When a person asks for a piano move, it always includes setting the piano up. The two men sent to perform this service said they were incapable of setting it up! They told the dispatcher and the dispatcher said set up was not included!! I believe they were just trying to cover up their error. When one asks for moving a piano, it always includes set up. If that were not the case, why didn’t the dispatcher try to up-sell to cover that additional expense and earn money for their business? Now I have to pay an ADDITIONAL $400. So now I cannot afford my rent!

When I choosing helpers I put lowest price and this company was first. I place an order like in casino because previous time we had bad experience with moving company. but this guys text me more then 5 times two days in a row before come to me to confirm time which is better for me. when they come they only ask me one question, what we need to pick up and where we need to put it, thats it! they did everything like pro! i had 5 bedroom house and they did their job for only 3 hours!!! wow its amazing!!! thank you so much!
