The actual guys loading and unloading were great. I'm not happy that the owner or manager or whoever he was, stated that I paid for 4 hours and the 4 hours INCLUDED driving time. It took them 50 min to get to my house. So that was another hour gone. We paid for 2 hours at one address and 2 hours for another address. Also in all the stuff leading up to the reservation it says driving time not included. Then instead of us using uhaul moving help to pay for another hour of needed unload time he made us Zelle him money..... that should have been the point where I should have said no, but I was exhausted from the move and was done. The next day after clearing my head I reached out to him telling him I wasn't happy how we went about it and yet no reply till this day. Funny part about this is this is 2 reviews bc I got 2 emails because I paid for service at 2 separate addresses. So this will go in twice.

Overall move experience was good. We expected the move would be completed in an hour but it took 2 hours and its fine. Both helpers worked out their best of their ability to move items especially heavier ones.
