Sav-alot movers seemed very professional and communicated they would use the dozen blankeds we provided but only 2 were used to cover items but they did not cover an antique 1800's soldid walnut dresser which was scratched and the back was broken off as well one of the top small drawer boxes being completely broken off. We also had 2 cocktail yellow fabric chairs which they also did not cover and were stained with what looks like large dirty oil stains. I was very disappointed as they are new and will the fabric will need to be professionally cleaned if it is able to be removed by cleaning. An oil large painting was also damaged by the leg of a ladder which was places against the painting. It wasn't torn but the pressure of the ladder stretched the canvas which was pushing on it.

Excellent! I got a text the same evening I booked my reservation which arranged a phone call. Damon was super friendly, understood what we needed done. He followed up requesting pictures and he and his crew showed up 20min early ready to work. They hustled without pause and loaded our 20ft truck easily within the time we booked. Would totally book this company again.

Company should be called Thug City Rip Off. Damien Brooks comes across as super professional. He is NOT. He makes promises he does not keep. He makes own decisions regardless of your instructions. He does not communicate. Says it isn't his responsibility. He works as long as he wants, charges for more time than he puts in, won't let you add the hours to uHaul time, demands cash payment, will not provide invoice or discuss questionable concerns. I am out $1800 dollars for a simple pack and clean . In addition, he stole my truck key, held it hostage and brought a thug complete with gloves to, get him his money one way or another -his words. In addition, Damien made it look like he was carrying a gun. I felt threatened and frightened with no way of getting away from them. He was angry, irrational and totally unprofessional. I have filed a police report and will be investigating further action. No one should have to deal with such underhanded thievery (extortion) or bullying.

Horrible experience with this company. The cleaning part was supposed to consist of two workers for two hours for a small, already fairly clean house. I had asked that floors be swept and mopped; baseboards be dusted, marks on wall be cleaned and baths and kitchen sinks be cleaned. Baseboards were not cleaned. Walls were not cleaned. Window sills were not cleaned. Only one personnel showed up LATE to clean, the wife of the guy loading my truck, Damien Brooks, who is a dishonest, unreasonable thug. See my review on the loading part of the services he was hired to do. I had to leave to pick someone up at the airport. Apparently these people lack self supervision. In my opinion, this company should be removed from provider offerings. They are dishonest, mean and potentially physically dangerous.
