I booked 2 movers for 2 hours at $200 and explained during the call that I had heavy items (refrigerator, washer dryer) and a 2-story building with 7-8 stairs. When they arrived, they demanded an extra $200, doubling the price. They falsely claimed my order said 1-bedroom without stairs. I had already given a $50 tip and refused to pay more. They threatened to unload my items and yelled at me aggressively. This was unprofessional, dishonest, and threatening. I do not recommend this company.

They were very quick. It took us a day to load and they unloaded and had all upstairs in two hours. They were very professional and careful and presented a fun personality. Ver upbeat experience.
