During the move, they communicated very well. But when they came to unload my furniture, they DRAGGED my big couch across the garage!!! Which is gray and fluffy. They didn’t care!! They put two dints in my wall and gave me a tip on how to fix it. Charged me full price and now I have to replace a couch and responsible for dents in my wall.

OMG, Colten and Devin were the best. Colten was very accommodating with my time due to move to a new city with horrible weather and traffic. When the guys arrived they jumped right into work even with the nasty weather and were so respectful in every way possible. I booked 2 hrs and as quick as they were, they finished way before the allotted time which I was okay with because that shows how efficient they were. Colton and Devon were amazing. They were polite, courteous, and took great care moving the furniture from the truck into my home. They were quick and assembled the bedroom furniture with ease.
