Movers never communicated until over an hour after the time I expected them to be there as we had already discussed on the phone. Called when they were 15 minutes late and was told they would be in contact soon. Called twice more at 45 minutes and an hour late and no one answer my calls those two times. They finally texted me over an hour late to say it would be another hour. Additionally they smelled heavily of marijuana and the smell now lingers in my house. However they worked hard once there, were very respectful and nothing was broken which is why I am giving them 3 stars.

We were a trailer load only. Our only concern was lack of the use of blankets & cellophane wrapping we provided, but everything arrived in good condition, so I guess it's a moot point. We tipped the fellas in cash. It sucks that the guys finished in 1 hr but we still had to pay for 2.
