Move It All Moving

The two guys were very rude toward me the entire time. They damaged my Sleep Number bed very badly. It is not fixable at all. They lied to me when I asked if they knew how to disassemble my Sleep Number bed. They said they have moved more than 3,000 times and knew how to do it. Sure enough, they damaged it really badly. I have not been able to sleep on a real bed since Oct. 29th. It has been really stressful for me.

Scheduling communication was great and they showed up on time. My 2 uboxes were delivered and unloaded quickly. Only concern or issue I had was the night before they informed me there was an additional charge for a heavy piece, which I had informed them on my initial contact and reminded them of the night before. There was no place for me to identify what I was moving to determine if there could be an upcharge and I've never had a moving company charge additional for this particular item. All costs for the service should be identified upfront when the reservation is made, not the night before when my hands are tied. Should note, this was listed as a Piano move (by the moving help representative) but I did not move a piano.

Extremely professional and knew the process of getting on base well so had no problems with that! We both knew that it was going to be close of fitting all of my stuff on the truck and John took the time to expertly pack the truck to maximize space! Got to my new house and nothing was broken or scratched, so 10 out of 10 recommend!!
