I appreciate the rapid response to my short notice (same day) request. 2 movers were assigned. One showed up on time and got right to work. He had a little trouble handling furniture through narrow doors, but we trained him up and he did fine. The job was completed in about 1.5 hrs. The second mover showed up about 45 minutes later. I don't mind paying the agreed upon price when the job took less than 2 hours. But I think I should get some refund for the mover who was here only for half the job.
