Francisco and Fray did an excellent job unloading the truck . The were on time and handle everything with care , and professionalism . I would definitely recommend their service.

They showed up 45 minutes late. It was snowing and they did text. When they got there however, they literally sat in the car staring at the U-Haul truck l, texted me they were there, and waited for me to answer for 10 minutes. They were very unskilled at moving were very slow and I felt like I didn’t get my money worth. I also could not communicate well at all as they spoke very little English. I would not recommend them and will ask U-Haul for a refund.

The service was good and excellent. The Elk and Fry are both are good and excellent by moving my boxes with care. I like to allot them again when I move.

Bulbo LLC. was the absolute worst moving company I have endured in my moving history since 1987. I do not recommend that my enemy use them. They were moving in slow motion. I only had one bedroom set and boxes, and it took them over five hours to move me. I had to pay for two extra hours, and then I had to rent the Uhaul truck for a second day. I have moved whole houses in five hours. I moved from a 1,100 sq ft place to a 790 sq ft. I had already moved my sectional, dinette set, and clothes. They ONLY had to move a queen size bedroom set and it took them 5 hours. They took my money on purpose and moved extra slow. I had to Zelle the OWNER money at the end. They stole my money and robbed me because I am a woman. I feel used and played. In the end, the guy who spoke English told me his leg was hurt and the other guy was new. Then don't send them to me. I am so angry you have no idea. This move left me broke and feeling like this company tried to get over on me. DO NOT USE THESE CON MEN.

This should have been a 4 hr job, but it took 7. The team moved very slowly. 3 qtr of a 20 ft truck of boxes was removed into my garage within the first 1.5 hrs, but it took the remaining 5.5 hrs to pick up a few pieces of furniture at an apartment and take to a storage facility. They were carrying boxes on carts and both would take the one instead of taking separate carts. Their time was not used efficiently and they moved slowly. When my husband arrived at the storage facility around 5 pm he emptied the remainder of the truck on his own to speed up the process. They also charged me an additional 3 hrs and asked me to pay via Zelle.
