The two guys who came and loaded the truck worked very hard, were friendly and got the job done. 5 stars to them. The manager David was not just unprofessional, he bordered on verbally abusive. Zero stars to him and I would like to submit a complaint if I could, but I will settle with giving a poor review of him. I would not recommend using this company based on David's customer service. David was condescending, immature and unprofessional in his words and tone. Upon booking, he gave me grief about the amount of stuff to be moved, the start time and the loss of daylight in the evening, and even about it being a divorce situation. David called me after the moving guys left, and was pushy and manipulative about the payment for the 30 extra minutes the guys agreed to. He said anything over 10 minutes extra gets the customer charged for a full hour on 'the website' and he 'has to be honest to the website.' The way David handled the conversation left me feeling harrassed and coerced.
