Second time hiring this company and they were just as excellent as the first time! They are incredibly experienced and did a great job and carefully moving my things (some of which were antiques) and positioning them perfectly when loading with ample space. Derek, Remington (and Carl!) were my movers and they were amazing! Thank you again for a stellar job!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Late in starting, but the movers were so good that it took away the sting of poor communication from the dispatcher. I had scheduled for movers to arrive at 1pm on a Sunday. I got a call about a half hour before 1pm telling me they were going to be running late (around 30 mins), which was A-OK. However, come 2pm, I tried calling and texting to get an update, to no avail. A bit nerve-wrecking since I needed to move the items that day. At about 230pm, one of the movers called and let me know they should get there at 3pm. Luckily, the change in time wasn't an issue for me, but I'd suggest the dispatcher be more communicative. The movers WERE AWESOME! They were incredibly friendly, energetic, damn strong, and really good at moving my things into a trailer so it all fit well. It sounded like I had two very experienced guys who worked really well together, and it showed! Their professionalism gave this a high score. Thank you!

I booked this moving company through UHaul.com for 3 hours and 2 movers at 8 AM on June 28, 2025. I paid online (June 17) and confirmed with them the next day. I never heard from them again until move day. I started calling at 6 AM, no answer. Again at 7 AM and still nothing. At 8 AM, Delante, the first mover, called and arrived. He was polite, hardworking, and clearly in a tough spot - he didn’t know where the second mover was. Later, the owner calledm not to apologize, but to question why I had called earlier. He said the second mover was injured and asked for patience because he's a small business. That doesn’t excuse the lack of communication. Then I learned the owner told Delante to cancel the job entirely. Who does that? One mover handling a two-person job made it stressful. An alternate showed up at 10 AM, but I had to call in help and pay extra due to delays. No refund or apology. I’d never use this company again. Delante was great. The owner was unprofessional and dismissive.
